Veterans & Service Men Peer Support Group

This virtual support group is designed for male veterans and servicemen who are living with symptoms of PTSD and feeling isolated, withdrawn, or misunderstood. In a small, confidential setting, you’ll connect with others who have served, share your story at your own pace, and rebuild social and coping skills with the guidance of an experienced therapist.

​Together, we focus on reducing shame, strengthening resilience, and learning practical tools to manage triggers, relationships, and daily life after trauma.

  • Who it’s for: Adult male veterans and active-duty servicemen experiencing PTSD symptoms or challenges adjusting after service

  • Format: Live video telehealth support group

  • When: Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.

  • Facilitator: Ezra Randle, Randle Counseling

Loving Yourself Right: Women’s Empowerment Group

This private virtual group is for women who are ready to heal, grow, and start loving themselves well. Led by Life Coach Sharmaine, each session focuses on building self-worth, setting healthy boundaries, and breaking free from old patterns that keep you stuck. You’ll learn practical tools, share with other women in a safe, supportive space, and be encouraged to step into the life you deserve.

  • Who it’s for: Adult women who want to improve self-esteem, emotional wellness, and relationships

  • Format: Private online group via Zoom / Google Meet

  • When: Every Thursday, 8:00–9:30 p.m. EST

  • Facilitator: Coach Sharmaine, Life Coach

Love Yourself Card

Meaningful Intentions: 5-Day Self-Love Challenge

This 5-day virtual challenge with Coach Sharmaine is designed for women who are tired of putting everyone else first and are ready to honor their own needs without guilt. Through guided conversations, practical exercises, and daily encouragement, you’ll explore what it really means to love yourself, set meaningful intentions, and begin to show up for your life with confidence and clarity.

 

  • Who it’s for: Women who struggle with self-worth, over-giving, or feeling guilty about prioritizing themselves

  • Format: Live online group sessions (via secure video platform)

  • Schedule: Five consecutive evenings, 8:00–9:00 p.m. EST

  • Facilitator: Coach Sharmaine, Life Coach
